Tropical Tranquility | Premium Framed Print

This artwork is printed on high-quality C-type Fuji Crystal Archive Paper with a semi-matt lustre finish. It is coated with a slightly strippled texture, ensuring a natural photographic finish. The colours appear highly natural, granting a beautiful 3-dimensional photographic reproduction.

THE FRAME

✧ Make your choice between black, white or oak FSC®-certified wooden frames, ready to hang and complete with high-quality glass windows. We do not use plexi, aka plastic glass, but swear only to real glass options. Each frame is strictly quality-approved and does, like the paper, have archival properties ensuring the durability of the artwork.

✧ The print comes complete with a bright white window mount, crafted from thick acid-free cardboard with a thickness of 1.4mm.

✧ The Print is delivered ready to hang.

SIZE OPTIONS

✧ Our standard sizes are given in centimetres and correspond to the European DIN A ISO Formats (A4, A3, A2 & A1, all with an aspect ratio of 5:7), in addition to a 60x40 cm print at a 2:3 ratio, and lastly a gallery-sized option measuring 70x100 cm.

✧ Depending on where you are in the world, delivering the print to you will take 5 - 10 business days. We ship from The UK, Germany or The US, depending on where you are located.

DELIVERY

We provide Worldwide Shipping

• Free international shipping for all orders exceeding $100
• For orders with a value less than $100, a flat international shipping rate of $20 applies. 
• If you can't find your country in the list upon check-out, get in touch and we'll see what we can do :)
• Please note that duties & taxes (GST/VAT & Courier Admin Fees) may apply upon import to your country. In such cases, the responsible courier will get in touch with further information upon the product's arrival to your country). 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Kindly note that the hygienic liner must not have been removed for swimwear to be eligible for return. This is for hygienic reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +47 40 85 23 91 to organize the product switch.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
